How do I use HOA-Colors?

How does HOA-Colors handle all the different paint color rules?

HOA Management will be able to configure the rules for your community.

These rules will include things such as the allowed spacing between houses with similar colors, even the spacing between homes with the same colors across the street from each other, etc.

HOA-Colors verifies that the homeowner is selecting a color scheme that is within community rules, and fits within the rules configured (We automate the process of approval, including checking for the rules that would have been done by hand).

Subscriptions

What are the Subscription plans available?

How do I cancel my Subscription?

Click the Cancel link in your Subscription Page. You can find a list of all your Subscriptions in the HOA Management Portal.

You will loose all settings and account information if you cancel or miss a payment. We do not provide an option to pause your Subscription.

Purchasing a new subscription, and configuring all the community rules from scratch will be required once a subscription is cancelled or payment missed.
